RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please, include your Order # to the e-mail subject.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it.
To complete your return, please wait for confirmation and return label from our customer service.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use
DAMAGES
If you received an arrangement damaged in transit, please send pictures of the product as well as of the box to team@fioraflower.com
To receive your full refund, please wait for confirmation from our customer service after you sent pictures.
If the orders is lost in transit, please notify us by mail: team@fioraflower.com

It will take us 2-5 business days to investigate and locate the package and get back to the customer to discuss the best solution.
